Elluna Privacy Policy

Elluna is designed to be private and family-friendly. This policy explains what we collect when you create and listen to stories.

Information we collect

Elluna uses an anonymous device identifier to sync your saved stories and to track your free narration credits and subscription status. The details you type to build a story (such as a child’s first name, age range or favourite themes) are used to generate that story. We do not ask for, and you should not enter, sensitive personal information about a child.

How stories are created

Story text is generated using trusted third-party AI providers, and narration audio is produced using a third-party text-to-speech provider. The prompt details you enter are sent to these providers only to create your story and its audio.

Payments

Subscriptions are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not see or store your card details. We receive confirmation of your subscription status so we can unlock your narration plan.

Children’s privacy

Elluna is intended to be set up and operated by a parent or guardian. It is not directed at children for account creation or purchases. Please supervise children while they use the app.

Storage

Your saved stories sync to our service so they’re not lost if you change phones. Subscription and credit status is managed through your app store.

Your choices

You can delete saved stories at any time and cancel a subscription through the store you bought it from. To request deletion of your synced stories, email us.
